Patrick Cardichon

Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Patrick Cardichon established PAC GROUP LLC in 2018. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, administration, business strategies, military manpower, human resources, headhunting and recruiting, and commercial and investment banking experience. A retired U.S. Marine, Patrick has a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Bridgeport.

September 30th, 2020: Selected as a subcontractor on a Marine Corps IDIQ with a maximum value of $97m

Selected as a subcontractor for a Marine Corps IDIQ with a maximum value of $97m.

This indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract will provide professional support and services to the Marine Corps, Pacific, I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) with administration, strategic mobility, and prepositioning (M95494-20-D-4005).

September 29th, 2020: PAC GROUP LLC awarded contract to support the Logistics Innovation Office (LIO)

PAC GROUP LLC has been awarded a task order on the LP IDIQ to support the Logistics Innovation Office (LIO). The LIO identifies opportunities to incorporate modern logistics technologies such as Manned/Unmanned Logistics Systems, autonomous technology, and logistics connectors; expeditionary medicine; deliberate engineering including alternative power and utility modernization and bio-manufacturing; and sustainment improvement technologies such as exoskeleton into the Marine Corps’ operating forces. PAC GROUP LLC is providing subject matter expertise and project management support for the integration of strategic guidance, campaign plans, and resourcing priorities.

The Deputy Commandant for Installations & Logistics (DC I&L) is responsible for the vision, strategy, policy, resourcing, and processes that support the effective employment and readiness of Marine Corps defense systems in support of logistics operations and training. To that end, PAC GROUP LLC is supporting DC I&L’s LIO in understanding available and emerging technologies, including their interoperability, effectiveness, and sustainability in deployed environments, and in pursuing initiatives for Marine Corps defense system logistics.

The LIO mission is to explore and exploit emerging opportunities in order to rapidly transition relevant logistics capabilities to the warfighter, accelerate measurable transition outcomes, grow the logistics innovation network, inculcate logistics equities into wargaming, experimentation, and concept development efforts, and collaborate with the science and technology community. Our subject matter experts will provide engineering research, development, testing, experimentation, and analysis to promote logistics innovation working directly with the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory for Marine Corps Combat Development and Integration.

PAC GROUP LLC is leveraging capabilities in the commercial market to identify capabilities for more effective and efficient tactical distribution as part of an integrated naval force. Our team will assist the Marine Corps with focused efforts of analysis, concept of operations (CONOPS) and requirements development, experimentation, wargaming, technical development, and ultimately the fielding of capabilities to the warfighter across the spectrum of logistics.

March 3rd, 2020: Selected as a subcontractor on the LP Professional Services IDIQ with a maximum value of $94m

This contract allows our team to continue our support to Headquarters Marine Corps Installation & Logistics. PAC GROUP LLC’s team will provide policy guidance, study current programs, make program improvement recommendations, perform database development and analysis, conduct Modeling and Simulation, provide Operational Advisory Group (OAG) participation and management support, develop training requirements, perform information management and technical services, logistics information management system software development and support, and transportation finance support. This support is critical in enhancing the lethality of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) through logistics speed, agility, and flexibility.
